Isn't it called a Mockingjay? And yeah, that's what I kept thinking as well. Mocking birds suck though. I have a family of them on the tree right out side of my bedroom. Also i'm sure your champion has to agree to be selected as a champion. remember when Tyrion was on the castle in the sky, he had to beg the other guy to be his champion, practically buy him. I don't think you are no any obligation to be anyone's champion, unless you have a previous oath. For example Jamie may be bound by his oath to protect the king, to be the champion for the king side. But yes, since he only had one hand, no one will pick him, and even if cersei picks, it will create a cluster fuck with his father and Jamie is the golden boy and she also loves him, or loved him at least.

It will be the mountain and the viper. My guess is that they'll have Gregor kill Sandor in one of the next episodes to get Gregor and his hound killing strength fresh in people's heads.
