It got lost in the noise.Dude, I provided a recipe. Everyone else here is clearly just a bunch of dummies.
2 dried chili PasillaAnyone got a good, spicy red chili paste recipe? Going to be making my own as the pre-packaged shit around here is not nearly spicy enough for my tastes.
I like it hot!
Sounds spicy, mmmmmm2 dried chili Pasilla
2 dried chili New Mexico
4 dried chili California
5 dried chile de arbol
1 medium onion sliced
3 cloves of garlic.
Remove stems from the chilis and put in a small pot with the garlic and onion and enough water to barely cover the chilis. Bring to a boil with the lid on and then turn off the heat and let sit for 15 min. Pour out excess water and then blend to a paste or if you must use your mortal and pestle. You will do the mortal and pestel once after you realize how much more fucking work it is.
Add more dried chili de arbol for more heat.
The first three peppers don't add a lot of spice, just a lot of flavor and color. The chili de arbol is what adds the heat. I cloned the recipe in the following video, it's where I learned to make that chili paste. It's also fucking fantastic for chili.Sounds spicy, mmmmmm
Who are you, my wife?I don't have a particular recipe, but I have tons of unsolicited advice.
Lumie is going to be very sad. What exactly are you doing with garlic to help prevent colon cancer? Actually, you know what? Nevermind.
You could put that top knob in your power drill and empty that fucker of pepper very quickly I would think.I use one of these for a pepper mill. Looks cool too.
