Delaying application of things is allowed administratively in the ACA as necessary.

As do most federal laws that are administered by other agencies of the fed.

Its pretty basic knowledge...

Delaying things doesn't add or remove things, its still what they voted on you troglodyte.

Timetables are not legislative changes they're administrative.

If a business is doing a sale on Dole bananas (a chimp favorite) but their stock is not up to snuff that week and the manager delays or rain checks the sale until they've got the stock that's adminstration changes to it but the same decisions were followed.

It's not a difficult concept in the slightest and applies all over the real and legal worlds.

I've enrolled about 40-50 people through CoveredCA the last 2 weeks and this shit is a fucking nightmare. I've never dealt with anything as completely screwed from top to bottom as the entire health insurance system has been in the last 3 months. We just found out on Monday that the largest physician/hospital network in the Bay Area in CA rejected contracts with Healthnet and Anthem, leaving Blue Shield as the only health insurance company that participates in the exchange that they'll accept starting Jan. 1. So now unless you had a grandfathered plan from Healthnet/Anthem Blue Cross, you're losing your physician.

The rules, phone numbers, fax numbers, emails, recorded messages, and everything else seem to change almost daily. I could write a book on how absolutely fucked this all is. I'm now sitting on hold with customer service for the 3'rd time today. Last 2 times took between 2-3 hours to talk to someone, and it's been no different for 2 weeks. Blue Shield took me 3 hours to get through to yesterday.

The narrowing of networks is a consequence like a domino effect of the law and it was intended, because that's what they say they need to lower costs.

Narrowing networks tends to increase costs not decrease them - larger network means you're paying a lower % per procedure over a bigger net, smaller network allows you to pay a higher % per procedure.

Lol. I am still amazed at how far you will go to defend this idiocy. So much so that you now defend all bad government practice as good for all.

If Obama declared that you didn't deserve to live and must be put out of your misery for the good of the rest of the country, you would bow down and thank him for it.

that's literally the opposite of what I keep reading, I keep seeing that the networks will get smaller to control costs. they want you to go to the cheapest doctor that will take their insurance.

??~Narrow Networks??T Trigger Push-Back From State Officials - Kaiser Health News

Officials in at least a half dozen states are pushing back against health plans in the new insurance markets that limit choice of doctors and hospitals in a bid to control medical costs.

The pushback against "narrow" provider networks recalls the backlash against managed care and health maintenance organizations in the 1990s. Protests from consumers and hospitals eroded those attempts to restrain expenses by narrowing provider networks

That's not even a 'defense' its normal understanding of how things operate.

Fana: Its more per procedure with less total procedures. My assertion is accurate while your recent posts are as well.

If you don't want to be called a creepy internet stalker then stop acting like one.
Giving you negs isn't stalking you, other than you being a complete fucking retard and showing a complete lack of knowledge of the definitions of the words you use I know nothing about you. Sorry my bad I also know you are a whiny bitch that complained to the mods that I negged you as well.

You spent your whole thanksgiving holiday stalking me. The amount of energy you put into it is creepy. And you still do it. You have serious issues, and it's obvious from your reactions that you probably do the same thing to other people in your life. You are one strange dude, I hope you don't have access to firearms.

The only thing scary is that you think someone not liking the ignorant ass shit you say and clicking a button giving you a neg is stalking, I bet your fucking garbage man hates your ass with the accusations you throw around.
