Ahh man this is way too painfully familiar. lolI know, I am just having fun with you since my asshole hurts a lot! I am on docusate myself. It's good, I like the red pills.
That's actually interesting. My wife switched jobs in December, and thus we got on a new health insurance plan, and the new company needed us to get in a wellness checkup (height/weight/BP/cholesterol/blood sugar, etc) in order to get a large health insurance credit for 2015. We couldn't get an appointment for a non-emergency at our normal doctors with like 2 weeks notice before the end of the year(we were looking at the shortened Christmas and New Years weeks). I'd always had labs done at places like LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics. I figured I could just make an appointment to go to one of those places, have the blood drawn, and be done with it.LabCorp introduced something very interesting now for those who want more independence. It also aids those who need an lab slip on days when the offices are closed and are unable to fax the slips.

You can buy your own labs of what you want and just take it to any LabCorp that is participating. Very cool. However, you do have to itemize the bill and send it to the insurance yourself, unfortunately. Another downside with it is that you could potentially buy shit that you don't even need. The only real necessary things are (which are cheap, too) comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, magnesium, CBC, and urinalysis.
Next time you suspect something bad happening, you should just bite the bullet and go to the ER. AND, you should ALWAYS have benadryl somewhere in your house. Never take an allergic reaction lightly.I can't imagine ever using that service.
And I'm pretty sure I'm having an allergic reaction to the amoxicillin for my ear infection. Rash on both hands and my face too. My hands feel irritated. My face at least feels fine. Yes I have called my doctor. Waiting for a call back now. So fucking tired of being sick at this point. Ugh
update: Yup was an allergic reaction. Hands and face are both red now. Doc told me to stop the antibiotics and take some benadryl. Once it clears up they'll call me in something other than Amoxicillin.
Ya this. My last one had been 2004 and they suggested I get one anyways. It was tied in with a whooping cough and Diptheria or some upper respiratory vaccine which I guess is a plus since there was some cases of WC here last year mostly thanks to the immigrants our city harbors in the immigration program. Really I needed one anyways since I am constantly cut/bruised and punctured on the job, though usually minor.I thought any deep cuts called for tetanus shots. I took an elbow to the face a few years back and had to have my tetanus renewed because it require liquid stitching.
