Please. Your colon begs you. Take 1-2tbsp at night and you will wonder why you've waited this long. Not to mention, psyllium is the only safe laxative for long term use AND it lowers cholesterol. The only difference is Metamucil has flavor additives and it clumps much faster than the easy mix Konsyl, causing a choke hazard.

Well I had to have a small ass abscess drained. No I did not attempt to do it at home lol

Hey man I went the au natural route myself! Sure, I could have died.. and sure, I felt like for a day or two it was getting infected (light-headed, short breath, felt like I might pass out), but I feel like a man now.

Same thing though, felt like I saw sitting on a golf ball.

So, oddly 4 months after chemo I am still neutropenic and fairly low at that. I don't know what the optimal time frame is to not be but I think it is well past that time.

Do they have you in some kind of isolation? Lol. We use neutropenia precautions here at Kaiser.

Nope, I have been below 3 for my WBC for like forever.

I am at 2.7 yesterday and my ANC is 1199. Going to work and the store like it's nothing and with no antibiotics, hopefully my referral to oncology here gets scheduled fairly soon.

Earlier in my chemo I was as low as .5 for WBC ... that was dangerous!
