You're probably right. On a model to model basis, it's probably true that most tranny models make more than gay models, apart from the differences in the rates. When I was trying to find that info earlier today, one of the things that was talked about in terms of how the industry has changed in the last decade or so is that gay models don't really support themselves on porn earnings anymore (because there isn't enough work to keep them all flush) and that many of them get into porn these days to increase their profile and demand on the escort scene which is where they really earn their living.

Read an article years ago that listed the Playboy models/centerfolds who received millions for living in Qatar.

I think the entire industry (porn and soft) is just an ad for high priced escorts.

It boils down to the market for gay porn isn't really all that large. The only people looking at gay male porn are gay males, which is a tiny portion of the population.

Meanwhile, the market for tranny porn is a lot larger, because so called "Straight" men will watch tranny porn. Anthropologists and sociologists who have looked at this type of topic have found that "straight" men who are attracted to trannies perceive the trannies as just another type of female. There's also research that shows that men with high levels of testosterone are more attracted to trannies. So probably what's going on is men who have high levels of testosterone are just looking to mate period, and even a facsimile of a fertile woman is enough for them. They just need to get off.

Bringing this back around to the thread's topic, is there any doubt that Charlie Sheen is a man with high levels of testosterone? I don't think so. #winning
