Apparently Wal-Mart is going to sell tickets for advanced screenings the day before. They go on sale May 18th at 8am. I might actually try to get a ticket because I'm dying to see this movie, and 7pm beats the hell out of a midnight showing if I want to see it early.

Avengers' trailers were even worse but in the end they did not show even 1/10 of the good stuff. just hope this will be the same (i doubt it tho)

I have the worst Pearl Harbor feeling about this movie. I want it to be good so bad. All the trailers looks very bad ass. Don't fuck us on this Snyder.

Also, please please please please don't kill Zod. Banish his ass to the phantom zone and let him bake until the 2/3/4th movie. Thanks gaiz.

I give very few of my precious fucks about Superman as a character, but I'm looking forward to this more based on the trailers than I was IM3 as well. They've just done a better job making it look interesting even though it's stuff we've seen before.

Agreed. You get more of a feeling that the things happening here are on a grander scale and it's doing a good job really presenting itself as an epic sort of movie.

That's pretty much how I feel too, although I must admit that there is also something that enthralls me about a Superman movie far more than his comics ever did. Epic is a good description for how this movie looks, but Returns sort of looked that way too. I liked Returns more than most people, but I can admit that it is mainly due to my unnatural boner for wanting a truly awesome Superman movie one of these days. The trailers certainly make me think this might be it, so all I can do is hope. And be there at IMAX on opening day of course.

God dammit. I'm not sure I can take all of this build up. If this isn't the greatest movie ever I'm going to curl up into a little ball and cry myself to sleep the night I see this.
