No, he means If you ordered Bacon in Canada, 100 times out of 100 you are getting the same bacon you know and love in the USA.
So why is it called Canadian Bacon instead of Back Bacon, when Canadians do not typically eat Back Bacon? (most bacon is from the belly, this is from the.....back..)
The reason is in the 1800's, Canada sent that cut of meat to the UK in a Pork Shortage and the Brits got confused.
So every time you call Back Bacon, Canadian Bacon, you are emulating the confusion of an Englishman. Do you really want to do that?
