Somewhere in my mid 20s I realized there were a non-trivial number of women out there who dont orgasm at all, and an even larger fraction who dont get off from sex. Kind of blew my mind, and immediately became my #1 criteria for women from that point forward. I find it bizarre that this isnt the focus of more medical research -- if 70% of men couldnt get off from sex, we'd move that to the top of the list of research priorities -- but all we can really do in the meantime is recognize the problem and screen accordingly.
