You could make a case of getting poop inside the wound in the case of anal, but the poop is already there no matter that lube you're using. Its common for example for people to try different positions (which stimulate the genitals) or to bring in toys (which stimulate the genitals) or to watch porn featuring depictions of other people stimulating their genitals.

Well it's almost never simultaneous it's usually planned l in advance.
