Yeah, I was going to say I hope you guys aren't getting butt-hurt about service dogs or especially service dogs in training. They are supposed to have their capes on but sometimes it is forgotten or plans change and the trainer/owner doesn't have it handy. I know black labs are often guide-dogs-for-the-blind as I have one occupationally reassigned dog (aka a reject) and my parents and brother also each have one.
But just regular pets, yeah that can be annoying. I have 2 dogs and about the only time I take them to an actual non-pet related business is when I walk them to the local brewery to sit in the dog friendly beer garden to have a pint before I finish my walk. It is clearly marked as dog friendly, it is outdoors, and there is plenty of indoor seating for people who don't want to be around the dogs.
