Living in the D.C. area I know a lot of people who work in various government jobs. I swear, they get more excited about possible snow days than kids do.

My company told us we were shut down but to work from home if we could. I'm surprised in this day and age that a lot more companies don't allow remote work in such situations.

I mean, there's only so much I can do from home because I need physical access to the servers, but I'm still on the clock. Add to that, there is a travel ban in most of MA where if you are non-essential you're going to receive a fine and have to go to court. If you want to risk that for your job then more power to you.
