Well duh. The entire point of a long skirt is that it makes panties optional. These days a short skirt -- but honestly that's just crass. It shouldn't be that easy. There needs to be some mystery and some titillating doubt involved with the vagina. That is an indispensible part of the flirtation.

However, with a pantsuit, part of the appealisthe panty line. I think most women understand this. If not intellectually at least intuitively.
