Not only that, but it seems that many keep forgetting about Steve Roger's best ability. His ability to lead was second to nobody on Earth. No matter what the challenge was, if you had Steve Rogers leading against that challenge, you had a chance to win. That was his strongest ability. The Falcon is not a leader and certainly not a leader anywhere close to that caliber.

90 year old Steve Rogers without the Super Soldier Serum is a better Capt America that Falcon is with the Serum. He would be that old WW2 vet who spoke at the RNC last night saying if his country needed him he would sign up and go tomorrow.
