I'm pretty sure that was because when he was getting up, he punched the dude he tackled him. It wasn't a good punch, and kind of looked like using someone's body to push yourself up. I don't think it was the smack talk afterwards which Collinsworth said it was.

How can you have a personal foul on a play that didn't happen due to an incomplete pass? This is getting comical. Doing a full rotation of the personal foul rulebook in this game.
