You can't fix stupid. As much as I love having his talent on the team, I wouldn't mind if they decided to cut ties with Aldon Smith.

Of course I'll dread when he catches on with a contender for relatively cheap contract, 'turns his life around', and plays at an elite level for next years super bowl champion.**

**Assuming Goodell doesn't bring down the hammer and suspend him for a significant amount of time depending on the outcome of all of his pending criminal cases.

i call shenanigans on this chart. the patriots win their division every year therefore have less playoff games played (no wild card weekend). the parity here isnt distant enough as is.

also, take it from the year 2000 and the broncos are sitting pretty at 4 playoffs wins or something.

It's great not reading all this insane shit about Cincy players anymore though. I'm sure the "we're all prisoners" jokes will keep rolling, but they don't hold water and haven't for years.

Aldon Smith is going to go to Minnesota and Zimmer will straighten him out.

Yeah you could go back a few more years and the Chiefs would still be at zero as well.

We haven't won a playoff game since Joe Montana and Marcus Allen were on the team. Over 20 years ago now. Jan 1994.

I've seen a member of the last Bengals team to win a playoff twice in the last couple days. It was Ickey woods both times, cuz he was shilling memorabilia outside of Kroger.

Winning the division isn't an automatic bye...

I mean, they DO get the bye often because they play in a pop warner division...but yeah.

The Bengals have fielded some pretty competitive teams and the Browns have fielded some respectable defenses. Its often a dogfight (LOL!) to play Cleveland in the division, despite their W-L records. The division just sent three teams to the playoffs a couple years ago. There's really no division that doesn't have at least one shit team every year.
