I know everyone's first question is probably like mine...why not just spend his time curing everyone's cancer? Apparently it doesn't work on the cancer caused by Kaeperbro rapes, which is actually the most common source of cancer.

He can only cure the cancer of those that have smaller hands than he does.

Im not sure how Aldon doesn't end up in jail. Can someone recap the the previous shit he did? I know there was a weapons thing, a dui?, and now a bomb threat?

Here's the lowdown on Smith:

First offense - the gun charge. Story goes that his roommate threw a HUGE party at their home, hundreds of people. A fight broke out, I think someone got stabbed(not by Smith) so he went to his gun collection, got one out, and fired it into the air outside to clear the scene and send everyone home. Problem is, not only is firing an assault rifle in town illegal, but the type of gun is illegal to own in California. It was legal to buy/own in whatever state he bought it in, but not legal to have in California. So now he's facing charges related to owning and firing an illegal gun(but he didn't injure anyone)

Second offense - DUI, pretty striaghforward. Story goes that the police found him passed out in his car, with his car crashed into a tree, and his foot still on the gas, spinning his tires out as his car was trying to accelarate into this tree while stationary. He wasn't hurt, and he didn't hit anyone else, but he was definitely drunk and passed out in a running car at like 7am on a Monday morning on his way to practice. He ended up missing some games because of this while he was in rehab for alcohol addiction.

Third offense - Got singled out by the TSA for one of those extra inspections/pat downs. Apparently didn't like it(and was possibly drunk) and said some really dumb stuff about a bomb. Whether in jest or not, he got arrested for it.

Nice recap. He doesn't seem like a bad guy, just a dumb guy with bad impulse control and a drinking problem.

You left his first DUI out of that recap. He's had 2. That's also the first I've heard that it was his "roommate" who was responsible for the party. Do millionaires typically have roomates? Also, 2 people were shot at the party as well as the stabbing.

Let's keep in mind that all the dude did was make a sarcastic comment to a TSA agent with no sense of humor. This isn't exactly on the level of getting into a gang shootout or even punching somebody. If he say, was seen dragging his unconscious wife around a hotel that might be more worthy of discussion.
He is a tsa agent, its his job to not have a sense of humor. Someone who travels as much as an nfl player should know better than to crack any jokes/sarcastic comments at an airport.

Yeah, the story goes that his "roommate" went around town handing out flyers for their party at random bars, nightclubs, and other trendy gathering places. Hundreds and hundreds of strangers showed up for the party and it got out of hand quickly. Gang members ended up fighting and thats when Aldon got stabbed and a couple people got shot(not by Aldon)

"Rommate" is probably a nice word for a leech of a friend who is mooching off of Aldon. Basically a member of his entourage. Aldon has some hangers-on from his neighborhood where he grew up(not a very good area of KC). Guy needs to ditch those people in his life who are bringing him down ASAP(if he hasn't already)

I didn't say it was a smart thing to do, just that it doesn't necessarily make him a bad guy. It does mean that he doesn't make great decisions.

To be fair if Alex Smith was still on the 49ers he would not get to play. All his days would be spent in court defending his teammates.

Yeah doesn't sound like a bad guy at all, just got behind the wheel of a sports car while so drunk that he didn't even fucking know he hit a tree at 7 am on a monday morning, when children are going to school and people are commuting to work. NAH NOT A BAD GUY.

Holy fuck you're stupid.

4 arrests with 5 felony charges in 2 years is a little beyond a good guy who made a bad decision or two.

I think Brutul's point is nothing he's got in trouble for was with a malicious or criminal intent. They were stupid, naive, and immature decisions.
