Eh, it started off with a few good ones, but there is meaning to a lot of those.

Like, cover corner is a guy who plays man really well. This would be opposed to a guy who plays better in zone.

Or, down hill and north/south runner. Look no further than Barry Sanders for a RB that wasn't those things.

Big arm would be a QB who has a good long ball. There have been plenty of QB's taken that don't have that; guys who are really good in the intermediate range, but throwing it 60 yards on a dime? Just not their thing.

Yeah, first season was fantastic but you also had a playoff team that had Superbowl aspirations.

This is gonna be a shit show, so I suppose it could be entertaining that way, but painful entertaining for Rams fans.

Yeah that season on the Cardinals was awesome. Looking forward to this even if the Rams blew. Also want to see what it's like behind the scenes for those Seahawks weeks.

Adam Schefter reports the Cowboys are releasing Romo and he's retiring and going into broadcasting.

We all knew he was getting cut, you'd have to be a retard to think he wasn't. Majority of us knew that no team wanted anything to do with him. NFL fans have been saying for years that Romo was not a starting qb, we've been proven right.

NFL fans have been saying for years that Romo was not a starting qb, we've been proven right.

"Undrafted out of Eastern Illinois, Romo served only as holder for the first two years of his career. He finishes 29th in NFL history in passing yards, 21st in touchdowns, fourth in passer rating, fifth in completion percentage, and fourth in yards per attempt. Even the big traditional knocks on him don’t hold water. Romo was always injured? He played full seasons seven of the 10 years he was a starter. Romo couldn’t handle big situations? He finishes 17th in NFL history in game-winning drives, 14th in number of comebacks, and since his debut, he has the highest fourth-quarter passer rating of any quarterback in the league."

Do I blame teams for not signing him NOW? No, he's broken down and likely done. He had a good career and was worthy of starting all those years. If he had that line and Zeke for more of his playing time there would have been more post season wins.

Adam Schefter just reported that Romo broke his collarbone putting on a headset and will be out of the 2017 broadcast season.

He was definitely a starting quarterback up until 3 years ago, I'm talking about recent history. He was an average NFL quarterback, there's been 100's of him, definitely overrated and could never do much when the competition level was raised.

So is this true he's replacing Simms? That's pretty great, because fuck listening to that guy.

If it's true (Sweet Baby Jesus be true), then watching Cowboy-Haters gnash their teeth knowing for the next few years, 2 of the 3 commentator teams for Superbowls will have a former Cowboys QB will be glorious.

I've never minded Aikman that much, not that I don't enjoy hating all things Cowboys but he's a pretty fair and smart announcer.
