Moss was a more talented WR than TO, but I would rather have Owens. One of my favorite TO moments was once when a ball got picked off in front of him. The CB made it all the way through the 49ers and looked like he was going to score and then out of nowhere TO just appears from the side of the screen like a rocket and blows him out of bounds. He could have stood there and watched it happen and no one would have said a word but that wasn't TO. Sure he was a showboat and a crybaby but when the clock was running he gave it all he had. Moss could make unbelievable catches that no one else could make, but he was famous for only playing when he felt like it and a lot of times he didn't feel like it.

Having faced Moss in GB over the years, you knew when the play was not going to him because he always took the play off. Dude was a huge shitstain and locker room cancer. Even Darth Bill got sick of him. TO showboated, but he always produced and never took a play off.

How fucking terrible of a head coach is Dan Quinn if he can't take control of the offense for the next season and take one of Shannahans assistants as an OC? This way they don't have to bring in a whole new offense, language, and ideas. Fucking pathetic, lose the super bowl and go right back to being 7-9 and irrelevant.

Once again showing how little you know about football outside of NE world. Steve's offense is very similar and uses the same language. Nothing is changing outside of adding wrinkles to the plays we already use. He even uses the zone blocking scheme Kyle taught the offensive line. Kyle left on good terms and is taking his assistants with him for his new gig.

i saw a report/rumor/whatever that had Ryan arguing to run the ball(just after that jones catch) and they wouldn't "allow" him to audible to a run play/run a run play.

Yeah I read the same about Ryan not allowed to audible. Kyle said last year I call the plays he runs the plays end of story. Kyle is not flexible in that regard. Hopefully they give some control back to Ryan because he has always been pretty good at the line making a change.
