Decided to stream my weekly plunder box games, all in random except for a couple yeti hunter games.
Took me 3.5 hours to win the 9 games haha. I should go back and count how many I lost.

Gotta love it, I get gold heals as Zen because our lovely Ana sucks balls and I get hit with an 60 sr loss on my alt account. FML
Edit: Playing on my main account now. I love Overtrack. I can prove now the Widow was useless on our team! She went to Junkrat on defense and went 11/0 K/D. We held the point easily!

I was in the 1600 or so when I got my alt account and it placed at 2700 or so. It didn't take long for me to derank it to where my main account was.
As much as we hate to admit it, the game does a good of placing us where we belong. As my 2 accounts are generally always within a few 100SR of each other. And the difference can mostly be explained in my case by the fact that I tend to play different heroes on each.
You'll lose/gain a lot SR with the Alt account until the system is confident that you are where you belong.

Yeah, I heard of that before I got home to play, so didn't play last night. I'll avoid the game until I hear it's fixed.
So I guess one-tricks are a bigger issue in higher ranks vs lower ranks? I play mid-gold and I can’t recall if it’s an issue in most of my games. I guess it’s hard to tell when a large majority of my games are the most backwards retarded comps imaginable.

Last season it placed me at 1325 bronze. lol This season i just got done with my placements yesterday (havent been playing much) once i got done went 7-3 and put me at 2314. Im about to hit 2400 with my next win. Its just all about getting better. I have gotten tons better which i didnt think would happen because im already 41 years old. lol

Same here I'm 48.
I've improved a lot since I started, from bronze to gold(plat once for a few games). I used to spend most of my time in low silver, now I am mostly always in gold, dropped below for a few games.
Pretty sure I'm as good as I'm going to get though.

After taking a 5 month break, I placed at 2700 ( was 3370 when I stopped) and fell like a stone to 2300 or so. It's taken about a month to climb back to 2900 and it's honestly on the back of dying less and game sense. My aim mechanics haven't changed between 2300 and now, it's just knowing where to position yourself, and just as importantly when to abandon a position or when to duck out of a fight for a moment - that and knowing when the enemy Zarya has grav or Reaper has death blossom.
