I always encourage testing and verifying this stuff. Don't just trust some idiot on the internet. AFAIK, those spell -> attack modifiers are binary and only the highest will apply.

It probably won't be more damage than heiro for KB of Clustering most likely. That skill in particular is unique in that it adds flat physical damage, which you can easily conversion chain and Heiro just gives a bunch of extra mana = extra flat phys.
Dont panic yet is hidden behind Infinite Pursuit which kills your damage.
This is my 3.25 KB of Clustering Heiro. Was probably the easiest level 100 I've ever had.

I don't remember why I put 40% more damage in the custom config box, might be a result of average overlap or pob not calculating sacred wisps correctly. Or maybe that was average increase from the tormented souls buffs. There was a reason but if you comment that out it's still 61m damage per explosion.

Actually, I was wrong, he hasn't posted anything to his youtube channel since that ascendancy was revealed. Maybe soon.
I was curious his thoughts on "an infinite pursuit" as it has anti synergy with Ivory Tower.

Last night he spent a fair amount of time talking about it and then later in the stream did some PoBing for it. He said the other eighteen ascendancies are only there so GGG can say there are nineteen for the event.

Has there been anything explicitly for these? Totems, brands, mines, traps, flasks? Yet one ascendancy at least half based on link skills.
I'm probably looking into too much. But, I was hoping to start pconc into mines as a pathfinder. I know the pathfinder part was out, but was hoping to shoehorn onto something else. Not really seeing it yet.
