Looking at the very few discharge builds on poe.ninja, most of them are running double discharge setup. One in Cospri's Malice, one in CoC. Do these not work like PP and CWDT, won't the Cospri's Malice triggering Discharge almost always prevent CoC's Discharge from triggering? Or is this on purpose and the Discharge in Cospri's Malice is only for Shield Charge, while the CoC Discharge is for single target?
How's a triggering Discharge for clear speed? Let's say, compared to a CoC Arc?

Discharge is basically shield charging all over for AE clearing and you can do it with Cospri's. For single target you are 100% correct, generally your 6L chest is for single target and uses Cyclone with CoC.
It also uses gloves with the more attack speed (essence) + additional accuracy (elder) built into it for when its not using Lycosidae. There is probably hundreds of ways to do CoC, another super popular version was Quill Rain + Barrage CoC.

So, with the cooldown lowered on CoC, won't using Discharge in Cospri's Malice and CoC be a huge detriment to single target dps?
I'm trying to think of a better skill to slot into Cospri's Malice to get around this, but all I keep coming back to is arc and mjolner and that's too slow.

Cospris version isnt a boss killer, its a turbo speed mapper so its single target has never been anything good. Shaped Strand boss when it was meta took like 10-20 seconds to kill which most builds one shot.
Now the pure CoC using a vagan dagger or quill rain barrage werent as fast at mapping but did insanely more single target DPS. Especially with the bonus vaal RF provides as a modifier.

I wonder if something like Glacial Cascade in your CoC would be better than Discharge? Leave Discharge in Cospri's Malice. Might ruin your EE interaction though. This build looks a bit squishy for my tastes, might be fun to fuck around with though.

A huge part of discharge was insta leech which is gone now. You also used to use the bleed immunity boots from Uber Lab but now I know they use Anyas for the charges so who knows other than the corrupting blood corruption on jewels?
Other CoC's werent as squishy as Discharge which is limited because the chest, neck, weapon, and boot slots were always reserved and those items had poor life on them.

Trade - Path of Exile works the same. Slightly nicer interface, and I find people are more likely to respond when listed on here.

I used to hate the asthetic too. Tried and quit 3 times before pushing though. It's totally worth it, as the game is incredibly deep and fun.
I hated the gritty feel instead of the grimdark of Diablo 1, 2, and Grim Dawn.
It gets better in Act 5+

They get listed on the official trade site and poe.trade the exact same way, through the character API. So if I set one of my tabs to be a selling tab, it will show up on both sites equally, but the official site doesn't list if you're AFK in game or not. Putting on /dnd will drop you from listings until you take it off.

Hmm, how about Ice Nova in cospris, glacial Cascade in coc? Discharge does look a bit outdated itself.

made even worse that its not even graphics. its art style. poe always had higher texture resolution, and polygons. Its just intentionally dark, harsh and "ugly".

It's like if you choose to play a game built from the ground up for retards because it's pretty, over an incredibly deep, complex game because it's less pretty, you might just be a retard looking for a justification.
