Alien - HBO Max - Classic. Felt like watching a piece of history. Alien costume was Godzilla bad by today's standards tho. A remaster would be awesome.

Soul - Disney Plus - Good, not great but good. I got lost a few times by its logic, but overall good and certainly watchable.

Manhunter - Netflix - Very Good. Series - Binged until 3 a.m., look forward to finishing it.

Ava - Netflix - Good. Black Widow basically.

Klaus - Netflix - Good. Probably locked in as seasonal classic.

Hillbilly Elegy - Netflix - Great. I couldn't finish it due to triggers, but was excellent from what I saw.

I think it's a bit overrated myself. An OK origin movie with a horrendously bad final act. But the entire 1984 movie is like that final act in the first one. It's so bad.

I liked the acrobatics, the rope tricks, the beating of random scrubs. I liked the pacing except the end. I tuned out for the entire Jellical cat/armored ww fight and on

Just watched Spiderman : Homecoming. I really appreciated it, some useless stuff of course but overall a really pleasant movie, much lighter than other marvel movies, and in a good way.

Just watched Escape From New York finally. Badass movie! Ya its a little dated but shit its 40 years old. Enjoyed the whole. 8/10.

It was a budget stretch for it's time, the fact that it is as good as it is is a miracle;

Fun fact! They did NOTHING to make the streets look that dirty, that is how New York looked at the time in places. And probably will again.
