Source: We were broke and stole the shit out of cable when I was a kid and we had HBO. The utility box was in our back yard so even when they cut us off, we'd have it back on the same day.

I was raised around a bunch of hippies and bikers, so we always had one of those "hacked" cable boxes.

I can't find a picture of the standard one button box which we commonly had, but I do recall this bad boy which introduced me to Cinemax. Good times.
