The chain wasn't always visible in the OT. The cape would slip down and pull it up under the edge of the helmet's collar, particularly if he was moving around a lot.

Pretty sure it's jedi outcast or academy with mods. Dunno about the long lightsaber, but by turning on dismemberment, a spinning lightsaber throw would just leave a pile of limbs, it was pretty lulzy.

It turns out that there was a point in the very early drafts of the screenplay that at least some of the Rogue One team made it out alive. Gareth Edwards talked about it on some podcast. But it wasn't a situation where the studio execs were insisting on a more upbeat ending:
I mean, it’s a great Disney tradition isn’t it? For ever single character to die in all their movies. I think there was an early version – the very first version they didn’t [die] in the screenplay. And it was just assumed by us that we couldn’t do that and they’re not gonna let us do that. So we’re trying to figure out how this ends where that doesn’t happen. And then everyone read that, and there was just this feeling of like, “They gotta die right?” And everyone was like, “Yeah, can we?” And we thought we weren’t gonna be allowed to, but Kathy [Kennedy] and everyone at Disney were like, “Yeah, makes sense.” I guess they have to because they’re not in A New Hope. And so from that point on, we had the license and I kept waiting for someone to go, “You know what, can you just film an extra scene where we see Jyn and Cassian, they’re okay, and they’re on another planet and la la la…” And [that] never ever came, and no one gave us that note so we got to do it.

I was in my gaming prime (14 years old) when Jedi Outcast came out and I can say that at the peak of the game I was one of the best in the world. My friend and I would play on one of the most competitive servers (Matrix CFA) as a duo with the tag [HiV+] and absolutely dominate. We would play CTF matches, rack up the score 9-0, then switch teams and end up winning 10-9. There were very few individuals in the game who could stand with us 1v1 but when we'd 2v1 them it would be a slaughter.

there is apparently a screener of rogue one out for academy awards (kevin smith instagram) so hopefully it leaks out. I downloaded the HD Cam version (its terrible quality) but cool to watch the final 5 minutes, even though its total wankservice
I have to say though I think TFA is going to be more enjoyable on rewatches than Rogue One, I watched a few mins of the cam and 80% of the movie is pretty boring on a rewatch whereas at least TFA has a lot of Han/Chewie and Rey/Finn are pretty charismatic at least

Was an excellent film, about time they told an original story (albeit you know where it ends).

TFA's rewatch-quality is excellent. I've probably watched it 7 or 8 times at this point. I do not expect that from R1 at all. It's a boring ass movie with a bunch of top-tier awesome fanservice. I doubt I'll care to see that more than a few times over the course of my life.

I doubt it but who knows really. I could see them being concerned about having everyone die so I don't think you have to look for anything more than that. And if what Daisy Ridley said not too long ago is true (she thought TFA gave a very clear indication of her family history all on it's own) then it would have to be no, since no one knew who Jyn Erso was at the time.

Well yeah, but rey will have both a father and a mother. So she could have been thinking the father was the clear one.
I'm sticking with my original guess BTW, which is that she's kylo's brother. Possibly a half brother.
