You're grasping at straws here. You're somehow implying that Sony would reprimand Neil Druckmann in any sort of meaningful way if he were to say something negative about the company, while the easier explanation would be that they are simply happy about their relationship, and the position they are in. This is further staved by the massive amount of leeway Sony grants its subsidiaries (I'm looking at you, Team Ico), on top of the generally awesome quality of games said subsidiaries deliver, and Sony allows them to deliver (Brand aside, TLOU was a risky project nonetheless). Your image of "the real world" does not concur with actual reality.
