The best pizza deal going currently is Papa Murphys. They have a dinner-time special(I think mostly on weeknights) where you get a large pepperoni pizza, a dessert pizza, and a 2-liter of pop for $10.

That shits awesome. Its not a deal that's on their menu anywhere, they just have it for quick walk-in orders, all pre-made and ready to go.

Alternately, Papa Murphys Chicago stuffed pizza is probably the best chain pizza in existence right now.

If you drink a lot of soda the caffeine is probably suppressing your appetite. I was going to ask how you're 227 pounds while eating so little, but then I realized you're probably not drinking diet soda.
Correct in fact I used to drink nothing but diet and I weighed more. Diet soda makes me feel like I am drugged and gives me crazy shits. Now if I drink any diet at all it is the Dr Pepper 10.
My caffeine intake is crazy like 600+ Mg a day. I need to change sure but it's hard when I have had the same pattern this long. If I even try to eat in mornings or lunch I get so nauseous I almost get sick.

I do pretty much the same thing. I drink 5 - 10 cups of coffee all day, which suppresses my appetite, and I generally eat one giant meal in the evening. Last night for dinner, for example, I had a pound of ground beef, a whole vidalia onion, a whole green pepper, 2 bananas, a beer, and some nilla wafers.

IKR? I been like this for about 17 years now though. I literally drink 2 2 liters a day , eat once a day usually about 8pm. I hardly ever drink water. My brother was the same way but he died at 41 in 2007.
Just between being hot, stress from owning my own business, and lifestyle it is what I do.

Anyways let me know if any of you happen to try one the BBQ pizzas.
Did your brother die due to complications related to his diet? The 2 2-liters a day is really troubling to me.

Do you have diabetes or any health issues?

There's the McCheese-level diet, and then there's this.

Actually McCheese's post was surprisingly healthy. Say what you want about ground beef, that is still a fairly low-carb meal.

He needs to eat more but drink less. He's probably getting 2000 calories a day from soda alone. I might eat a lot, but every calorie I put into my body is high quality and full of nutrition.

I have breathing issues, more related to my smoking than diet. No diabetes or other issues. My brother( and father and mother ) all have/had high blood pressure. Mine stays around 110/70. I am very active but some of the weight is fat, I do work 6 days a week normally and it is all physical labor installing tile, drywall ,trim, painting, hardwood and whatnot. Sad thing is I got a membership to PF last week to do extra cardio but I didn't have tennis shoes or non jeans to workout. What silly rules.

Man you smoke too.. damn. I know this is the fast food thread but this stuff is troubling.

My wife does the "eat once a day" thing and I had to stop her after she nearly fainted in her car after work one day. She has a really physical job and it was just crazy what she was doing.

Ranch dressing is known for it's quality and nutrition.

So, I ate at Taco Bell today. Went with a friend who frequently frequents the place. He ordered for me, so I'm not even sure of the names of what I had. One was fairly beefy, everything seemed quite cheesy, and there was a lot of similarities in spice and flavour in seemingly different menu items.

All in all, it was not a meal I'd care to repeat. I don't know if that's because I don't often enjoy that genre of food, or because it was crappy food. It was certainly fast, and pretty cheap for a fast food place.

Have not pooped since. That'll have to be a later update, I guess.
