O lets see. Zoom enters a police buiding prior to this, and has no problem deflecting bullets from trained marksman, yet he goes into another facility where they have the tech to stop him, and expects nothing to happen.

zoom is full of himself as "the fastest man live", he believe himself to be invulnerable, thats why he ran around showing off barry's unconscious body. he wants everyone to know that HE is the best. when he brought barry to star labs he was going to execute barry and expected them to sit there and pout. nope. cisco comes in for the save behind Zoom's back. proves he is not all-powerful. he also didnt deflect those bullets, he caught them.

Also I just watched the sequence again, it's even more asinine. Cisco is at the Desk with Caitlin in front of zoom a second before that. So he moved into position, picked up his rifle, and then shot Zoom all in view of him..
Wells was actually hidden, and in sniping distance when Zoom caught the first dart with no problem
7 feet, picks up a rifle, and shoots a guy who previously so fast he can pluck bullets out of the air like they are stationary.
But please tell again us how Cisco magically appeared in a puff of smoke behind Zoom...

you're right, how foolish of me to suggest that cisco appeared over there by magic. i mean if you cant walk 7 feet in a few seconds and pick up a weapon and shoot it, its got to be magic. amirite. as i speak i'm petitioning the CW to fire these inept writers and am nominating you to replace them. grats my brother.
In Full View of Zoom, like how you keep neglecting that detail. Your whole point of saying he appeared behind him was to strengthen your case that Cisco got the jump on him, you have been proven wrong.
Every shot of Cisco he is in front of Zoom, or right in his peripheral vision.
Do you know anything about the History of Vibe? All the writers had to do was show that Cisco evolved his powers due to seeing a traumatic event such as Barry dying, and used his sonic powers to disrupt the speed force. That is a show closer. O you mean Cisco actually is a bad ass? He will become one of the most powerful DC heroes/rogues in their continuity.
