You may be right. Even though she spent time with me more than the Korean, I did find out yesterday that the original buddy of mine she was talking to got her number as well. I really had no intention of contacting her for anything other than a friendship. I should probably stick to that. I mess things up sometimes trying to go for more than what is offered to me. I should be happy with the current dating prospect instead of always trying to hit as homerun.

You also have to take into account the whole "want what you can't have aspect." You were essentially told that the Korean girl was into you, so the thrill of the hunt isn't there. She might be the hotter and more interesting girl (I don't know, just saying), but now that you know she's into you, she's not as exciting. The girl that wasn't that into you (the redhead) suddenly gains attractiveness just because she wasn't a slam dunk. You're already turning negative traits into positives (her teeth) to justify your interest. Once you get her, you'd probably suddenly realize that you liked the Korean girl more, she was just the sure thing.

Go for the sure thing. We all know there are plenty of ways to fuck even that up, why introduce even more hurdles (like the redhead might not even like you)?

I've never understood this one. Women go crazy over being told "no", but as a dude, I've never liked "chasing" chicks. If a girl doesn't reciprocate interest fairly early, fuck her.
