The problem is your assumption that the woman has to be the one that sacrifices. My mother was by far the primary breadwinner in my family and my stepfather worked fulltime also. Women can't have it all, no one can, but your recipe is that women shouldn't try to have a job and they should probably just stay in the kitchen. Its bullshit.

I've said atleast a dozen times on this site that 1 parent should stay home either/or. And that is not my conclusion that woman should be in the kitchen ( however nice it would be personally) either. It's just a critique of the current rational feminists spread, that both parents should work. and the immoral things that are told to woman (and men) that make the society as a whole fucked up.

again I'm not saying it should be back to the 1910's for woman, but the act of trying to make everyone equal went hand in hand with some fucked up changes in our society, like the inability for the average house to have 1 parent to be a breadwinner.

rationally if 50% of the workforce left the labor pool you would see a dramatic rise in the wages of the remaining workers as demand for workers would rise would it not?

how can we get back to that era where you only needed 1 breadwinner to earn for a family?(regardless of gender, personally I believe woman are better at it but just my opinion)

This in my opinion. My wife is a career woman, and we have a child together who is awesome. Certainly in a happy marriage and the fact that she and I both make really good salaries makes things work with our kiddo without issue. I'm much happy with her working, and I she is too. It enables us to have a much happier life, have very limited money issues, and be able to live in a place with some of the best schools in the nation. If she was a stay at home, we would be okay, but I can clearly see the issues that would arise.

How can there be one best? Even if statistics show 60% one way, there are still 40% that are happier the other way.

Date, communicate, live, then marry. If there are issues that will cause friction in the future or obvious differences in beliefs, don't stay just the the pussay. Run, Man, run.
