If something is within the blast/kill radius of a weapon, that thing is considered hit by the weapon. The school was within the blast radius, therefore, the IDF hit a school. Even worse, the students were gathered directly in the area hit by the magic missile. So this argument is stupid. The IDF shot and hit a school, killing students, and this is not the first time.

Also, yeah I got suckered by the most densely populated gimmick. Although, I imagine if the buildings stopped exploding in Gaza and/or construction materials were allowed through the blockade, the Palestinians could build some high rise apartments and really get that ranking up.

The problem on the Israeli side is an administration that isn't going to hold its people accountable for carelessness, cruelty, or vindictiveness. They are going to back their soldiers no matter what they do. Nice, except it lets the worst element run rampant. Shoot kids? Well fuck them for throwing rocks. Bomb a school? Well fuck them for launching rockets.
You simply cannot give a military force carte Blanche, as Netanayhu has done, pretty much. I mean, not rape of Nanking style, but a more passive look the other way thing. They justify every action by what Hamas has done and cry anti semitism if anyone dares criticize them. In the end it's going to be as destructive for Israeli society as it will be for Palestinian.

Everything Israel does to a Palestinian isn't justified by the existence of Hamas. Proportionality is the key. A rock thrown by a 14 year old doesn't = a bullet to the head. Especially when the IDF is notorious for egging people on and taunting them because they have free fire without consequences.
