Shit also varies by state. There is way more sates that legal age is 16-17 than there is at 18. Its too bad Cali is 18 for him, loool. I know here in MI its 16, and one of the dudes I worked with got 5 yrs for it. He was dating his high school chick and I guess the parents didnt approve. He was 17 and she was 15.
