Why not both? Buffalo chicken pizza rolls dipped in ranch. Delicious. In fact, my local super market has a rack of Ranch Dressing bottles hanging off the door of the pizza roll freezer.I just never understood the"dip everything in ranch"crowd, I'd rather put hot sauce on everything.
If you lost significant muscle mass while cutting, then bulking/cutting cycles wouldnt be a thing. I am not saying you are going to BUILD MUSCLE while cutting, but if youre not at an elite level of weight lifting, you will still add weight to some if not all lifts through improving technique/noob gains(which I seem to still be taking advantage of after more than a year of pretty serious lifting). Id imagine when youre getting to the upper elite level of lifting this will change, but no one on this board is at that level so whatevAll of this sounds really stupid, just so you know. It's far from negligible lol.
Light ranch tastes like gasoline. If you're going to eat ranch you might as well go all the way and embrace your inner fatty.
No; people are pretty fucking fantastic at rationalizing their way out of things they don't want to do. My father's entire side of the family is morbidly obese and can sit around and rationally discuss how bad it is and how its fucked up that the next generation's life expectancy is lower for the first time, ever... but they fail to fucking see how disgusting it is that they set this example by being fat and lazy. At least once an hour there is a quick circlejerk about how everyone in the room is 150 IQ. They're also pretty keen to talk shit about smokers and drinkers. My aunt gives me a look when I use too much table salt, shes probably 250+lbs 5'6.I bet if some of the depressed divorced guys had spent some time in this thread they wouldn't be depressed and divorced.
Its 75-100 calories a tablespoon and Americans have a ridiculously skewed concept of proportions. Think of how many obese women you see drinking a 260 calorie soda on their 1800 calories/day caloric allotment? She'll put a few tbsp of ranch on her salad and now that's 15-20 percent of her daily calories. The amount of calories and saturated fats in ranch dressing is so negligible, that it should not even matter. If you're pouring that shit by the bottle down your mouth, then yes, that is a problem. I still can't fathom not even wanting to TRY a vegetable or fruit. You miss out on so much. Do you like pies? And I ain't talking about no butthole, either..
Eidal: Tell that ho, "Bitch, I got hyponatremia."
I can easily eat 400+ calories worth of ranch dressing in 1 setting if I'm hungry and eating a big salad. And using "regular" ranch. 400 calories of light ranch would be a lot harder to achieve since it's usually about half or less calories for the same amount of volume.People make the mistake of thinking it's the dressing that makes salads unhealthy. But the dressing is pretty negligible even if you're drenching it and adding ~200 calories. It's all the bacon and cheese and shit like that causing the issue. Cover your salads in that stuff and you're adding like 600 calories.
