Yea they have had animation for a while - and true its not an identifier - its been nice looking… and the mach-e did it really nice both front and back… then the new one…bleh
They also got rid of the traditional dash design for the new one…

Yes, their main battery connector (essentially) was - ford’ed up and made too weak- they issued a recall and made a new part - its the HVJB or something just search Mach-e stop safely now issue.
The new part was supposed to be in all June/July produced 22+ models- mine was made in the latter half of July 22.
however… the ford tech seems to think its the battery itself, not the HVJB… so..who knows right now.
they also made 2 new versions of the part, one standard and one for the GTs… showing again they are speccing it to the lowest need… why not put the one that can “take all the GT can throw at it” in ALL of them?

Had this for around 5 months now, I’m a BMW fan boy, this is my 5th since 2008 and my 2nd M2 I dyno’s it at 481hp. Most fun car I’ve driven.
I think the 2025 model has another 15hp and a few cosmetics changes like a flat bottom steering wheel and slightly different badging. Looked at a 2025 and it was running about 73k.
last pic is before I had the front ppf wrapped, I went with left “stealth” xpel wrap can’t even tell it’s on the car.

wifes torino that was slowly being restored for 30 yearsr finally at paint. she wanted whole hood black, but kinda likes as it is and doesn't know which way to swing. i think she should have gone for originally intended matte but was scared about omg harder to wash and take care of.

Looks like it'll turn out great. I think the matte might have looked a little out of place with how much that red pops. Are they doing a two tone on the sides?

I don't think so, and I'm not really a classic car guy, so i can't think of what might be appropriate, i only remember 2 tone hoods.
i kinda thought the tail needed something.

Might just be some reflections, the lower 3rd on the side looked like it was masked or hadn't been painted yet. I was asking mostly because I couldn't figure out what they were doing in that case.
