He will get one, that's just how these series go. I wish they don't give him one though, watching him own people with sub par tech repeatedly is interesting and fun to watch.
I've dropped it. Between Aldnoah, Parasyte, Cross Ange, lie in April, Death parade, Assasination Classroom, and nanatso there isn't a need to watch a show that has become that bad.

I imagine he's going to eventually have his orange mech wrecked at some point and he'll end up stealing one of the martian's. If he could take Slaine's that could prove amusing.
As far as Log Horizon goes I'm just watching it out of pure habit at this point. Other than Aldnoah, Parasyte and Cross Ange, not much available on Crunchyroll interests me this season.

About the dream I can see this going Bleach style (hundreds of eps, takes years off high school to fight shit on another planet/dimension/etc). I don't want an answer from a manga reader, I just want to speculate with those that watch the anime.

Death parade and assassination classroom are pretty decent but beyond that this season does suck something fierce.
