It's a bit like TF2, certains amount of xp will give you a random item ( implant or a charger). you can mix 3 implants in a construct box to get tier 1-2 or 3 implants. I got 3 chargers and 2 useless implants in a 2 hours session, not really sure how it workout, but all the one who killed me...
