Obama would destroy any potential for a positive legacy with a third term. We need a candidate that can further divide the republicans between the pro-business and social regressive elements. I'm not sure how you'd go about that, but stoking that fire is good for the democratic party, and if it can break the stalemate in congress it will be good for the country.

I don't put high odds on her taking the primaries - she turns off Independents too much - Dems can win without them, but it's not easy. I know it would take a really shitty R candidate to get me to vote for her personally.
Araysar, why do you care what the fucking minimum wage is? These are starter jobs. McDonalds and Walmart etc...These jobs, for the most part are ment for high school kids, and/or highschool dropouts. The pay is on par for the demands. Who the fuck goes to work for McDonalds and expects a fucking pension and 401k? Flipping burgers isn't worth $15 an hour. You know that. Democrats know that. Unions know that. They are playing politics. If you bag groceries don't expect to fucking retire off the income.
Are we going back and pretending all this debt, even now six years into Obamas presidency is all Bush's fault? We still going to play that game?

No, we are going back and asking why did Republicans run up 6+ trillion dollars in debt to fight dumb wars (that 6 trillion doesnt count the long term cost of wars by the way, which is another few trillion) only to turn around and complain about Obama spending 7 trillion mostly on Americans themselves, like you, your college grants, your food stamps, your WIC, etc.
Merlin, what does Obama want to fundamentally transform America into?
I would love to see someone who could unite the partys again, someone like (Bill) Clinton. Someone who could actually compromise, not just give it lip service (Obama). Obama and his administration have so fractured our system its in need of serious repair. I'm not at all opposed to voting Democrat if I think its someone who can unite our partys, keep out of the crazy, repair our foreign policy, and actually create aworkingeconomic system. Stop trying to jack off your voting base, stop fundraising, stop going on chain vacations, buckle down and get some real work done. I don't care what the letter is before your name.
