Kind of, Victory condition is infiltrating other countries and reverting them back to the stone age.

I now want a game like Tropico/Civ where you play a 3rd world country and your goal is to get as many people immigrated into the US as possible and make money on NGOs, bribes and remits. You could have special caravans, drop off criminals when the president isn't looking, etc.

But I'd be worried it would be too easy.

Guys just need to learn to pick up a EU4 game and embrace full autism. There's plenty of 20 hour long tutorials to cover a decent chunk of the basics.

That's the same studio that made the Hearts of Iron games, right? Shelf copies of 2 had the biggest instruction manual I had ever seen for a game.

I picked it up and my autism levels weren't ready. Crusader Kings seemed more my fantasy anyway.
