Not speaking as to the guilt of Cosby, but the timing of the blowup is interesting, with Cosby having recently chimed in on Fergusson and pissing off tons of that crowd, of which H. Buress is a member. There was also supposedly some bad blood between Buress's crowd and Cosby back during the Chappelle Show days over criticisms at Chappelle reinforcing bad stereotypes (among other major black media figures) leading to his meltdown. My guess is that, true or not, the initial spark in this was a public PR grudge fucking for Cosby going "Uncle Tom" again.

What you fail to grasp is the way we prosecute people in our society is that ideally they are "Innocent until proven guilty." I know that's a hard concept for you to grasp but what the means is Cosby needs to show no proof he is innocent. You need to show proof that he is guilty. It's bad enough that they dudes name is ruined regardless since there are plenty like you who will simply assume he did it.
