I may go back on medicaid which the first time it was because to get ACA insurance I had to give them my income info and they put me on medicaid due to no income at the time which was fine I had money.

But now I am paying right at $2k a month for insurance with a crazy high deductible that I haven't even reached this year until this last hospital stay. Most of my visits are blood work at most.

I did pay $3k for a CT scan which I am in the process of threatening to get it and/or the report for it at least since I got nothing at all, but a bill. I've been doing some research and for almost all my shit medicaid would just cover it. Blue Cross apparently doesn't cover Dexcom continuous glucose meters much at all anymore. Medicaid does at least in this state. Without insurance for a month of sensors is $425. No thanks. My niece works at that hospital in the imaging department and she said they send almost all of it off to someone else under contract for them to generate a report on it. I had multiple MRIs of head, neck, spine with and without contrast that I know for a fact the Dr. that ordered didn't look at it or even read the report. I did not know until I went to the hospital to pick up a copy of the MRI and the radiologist mentioned sometime soon you will need back surgery and by the way you have a bad infection that shows up on the MRI, said he called the Dr. and left a message. Was news to me some months later after I lost hearing in one ear due to an infection. Oh you can't sue in most of the south for malpractice if it's been more than X months which is a very short time while you are trying to get something actually done medically.

That's only part of my rant on how the ACA is thinly guised program to get a shitload of people onto medicaid. I've mentioned it before but retty sure the state has 50 to 100 people trying to get people onto medicaid for every person that can give you info on what is required not to qualify for medicaid. I went through it before. Since I pay myself I asked and nobody knew, or wanted to say, and asking about getting off medicaid was a foreign question to most of them. It was like you won the lottery why would you not want it?

At the risk of sounding like a broken record ill repeat what i said earlier, no idea if it will help but at this point its at least worth trying, maybe you tried it already and i just didnt see the post. Do a search on Mikhaila Peterson and/or lion or carnavore diet to see all the crazy sit it has helped ppl that had serious issues physical and even mental health issues with. Most ppl wont believe diet can be the cause of so many issues. But its not just a couple wackos claiming it helps there many ppl it has helped. Mikhaila and her father Jordan have been on carnivore for like 5+ years and basically all of thier medical issues are either cured or in remission, and they arent the only ones. Its recommended to do at least 30 - 90 days on the diet to start seeing improvements, and sometimes less time and more drastic improvements occur on carnivore/lion diet. If nothing else just research it before deciding.

You should try lion diet or carnivore see if things improve, seems to have good effect for things no one is able to find a cause for. Or even an extended fast. If things improve its probably toxins/allergys to something in food/environment. just a thought, seen youve had issues for a long time in your posts that no one is able to figure out the cause of.
Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food. That's literally the foundation of medecine.

last month went to doc for leg and foot cramps, they put me on 400mg magnesium and 6 oz of tonic water nightly. my magnesium was 1.9 with 2.0 being normal. the tonic water really isn't proven to do anything, but (knock on wood) not had any cramps in a month, so sticking with it for now.

while there told the doc about tingling on the bottom of my left foot, like from arch forward to toes. thought it was from where i have been walking a lot. they thought it was my back and sent me for xray, which showed Mild degenerative disc disease in the L5-S1. that lead to MRI yesterday

"Enroaches" is typical radiologist waffling. They aren't willing to come out and say that the disc is impinging/pressing on the nerve, but they are saying that it's close enough that if you move a certain way, it might "tickle" the nerve a bit (which could conceivably be causing the tingling). They might try some PT and/or a neuro pain med like gabapentin or Lyrica. If that doesn't work, epidural steroid injection. If that fails, possibly partial discectomy, though unless a surgeon is kind of a cowboy, I don't see them wanting to operate without some pretty extensive conservative treatment first.

sleevedraw sleevedraw said it best but , that report part you posted applies to 90% of the people over 25. Speaking as someone who has had 7 , yes 7, DO NOT LET THEM OPERATE ON YOUR FUCKING BACK.
