I'm personally awaiting the day that my wife adopts the family haircut. Her mother, grandmother, and all of her aunts have the exact same haircut. Short, parted, and stupid looking. My wife is literally the only female in the family with long hair. I know it's coming. I just know it.

When I met my wife she had a short, almost pixie haircut but a little longer. Then she spent 3 years growing it out, then we got married, then she cut it short... then she grew it out again, then she cut it after our kid was born. Now she is growing it out again. She can't make up her damn mind.

My fiancee chopped her hair short last year, and it took everything in my power not to tell her how much it looked like her mother's haircut. She's let it grow back out now, thank god.
I hate that women feel the need to cut their hair shorter as they get older.

Nah man, it's even weirder than that. They live about an hour away from eachother in varying directions. They all go to different places. My mother-in-law drives an hour to this small place (even further from the other two) and gets her hair done by a specialist. When I think that a specialist is doing this I have trouble fathoming the worth.

Sounds about par for the course. Typically, their hair is the first thing they'll alter after any major life change. New boyfriend, breaking up, child, marriage, etc.
Yeah, some of these guys are really bad at cutting ties. Text her back saying "you are crazy" is engaging her, she has to respond to that. Keep it short and simple and then never respond again.

I couldn't care less about how my wife does her hair. She could do the afro-mullet-whatever-the-fuck-it-is for all I care. What I do hate is the haircut regret. Doesn't matter what she does, a day or two later she is all pissed at herself for doing whatever it is she did to her hair. When it is long she constantly bitches about how she wants to chop it off, when she chops it off she is depressed that her hair isn't long anymore. If she dyes it, it is either too light or too dark. Fuck.
