I got sieged and sent my thrumbo up the center while the rest flanked. Worked just OK. I apparently need like 5 more mortars.

My first child turned 13, now she is the leader of this generation of super trait having colonist vat kids. They are all assigned to hunt to level their skills, and then I group them together to take out larger threats. I have 13 kids and 11 adults.

Summer of the next year. I've built out some more farming to get some food supplies, deathstrand and cotton. I've also built a mortar area. I'm currently trying to figure out pigs.
My killbox design is working well, but I want to change things up...

My last raid with this killbox before I try something different.
Six of my best fighters are on a caravan so it's mostly the children on the line. I did leave behind two of my Thrumbo handlers.
The enemy has 44 militors, so this should be a conventional fight. We'll see.

Got a good raid to exercise the shotgun killbox. 88 Militors.
I just fought a raid with imp breachers that showed the weakness of using shotguns. They broke through my walls and their fire spew has a similar range to shotguns, so they lit my ass on fire. I guess I need to have a set of assault rifles and shotguns. But how to switch quickly, especially when breachers are only a minute or so from attacking my base at any time?
