IIRC the nutrition on the double down isn't as bad as you may think. Mostly devoid of carb without bread and white bread itself adds a ton of calories and fat.

There is some place in Montreal that Bourdain goes to on one of his shoes and they make a foie gras double down. Now that is insanity. I think it was Joe Beef maybe.

Yeah it's called being a normal, working class Joe who isn't so stuck up that he has to order tiny fucking overpriced food and then pretend to be satisfied while adjusting his bow tie and fucking monocle. Us normals enjoy delicious, filling, meals with grease and oil and oozing cheese; we don't need square fucking plates and fancy unpronouncable breads to be happy with our food choices.

p.s. fuck your cloth napkins, they're totally impractical.

Summer is my least favorite fast food season because places start putting apples in everything. Subway's got some shitty new sub with apples on it and Panera Bread's got a shitty salad with apples. I don't get the appeal of adding apples to things like sandwiches and salads.
