Forgot to mention, theres a customer rating system. So you want to provide great customer support. Keep in mind, they"re contacting an outside entity for you. You aren"t their computer company, you aren"t responsible for the computer not working. If they get uppity, let them know that politely, and let them know the quickest route to resolution of their issue is to work with you as opposed against you. Some people do need to vent though--and you won"t start out on the phone..it starts out in an IM session.
But yeah, if you"re interested in dong that, what you need to do is go and read from a customers stand point. Then go and look at the GOOD rated techs who"ve handled a lot of cases...Do your research before ever even applying to become an expert.

Well, I have hung out with the red head 3 times now and tonight she wants me to go hang out with her and her friends. She pays for herself most of the time, so she is not costing me anything to have some fun. I dont really think anything "romantic" is going to happen.
