I don't see this happening. They need to get their act together and try again next year or something. This time with something like deliverance level prep: several already playable zones, classes and races.

The most interesting part of the video so far was Brad's comments on dynamic content - it'll be interesting to see how that plays out with respect to EQNext. I thought he actually had an interesting point - people like to feel they have 'conquered content'; and purely dynamic content prevents that.
